The Club
House is located close to the lake, set among pine trees, with a great view of the Spanish Peaks and Sangre De Cristo Mountains to the south and west, and an expansive view of Maria Lake to the east. A spacious wood deck with barbecue grill awaits to further enhance your stay with us. (Click on images for larger view)

| The Club House itself is of log construction, in a great room concept, and highlighted by a moss rock fireplace. A large fully equipped kitchen with an L-shaped bar counter and seating for 7 makes meal preparation easy and fun. An additional dining area contains a large oak table and chairs for 8. The living area is complete with comfortable couches and chairs arranged around a massive wood slab coffee table, and located in front of the fireplace. To the sides of the dining area are a fly-tying station, situated in front of a sunny window, and a reading and game room area, tucked into a cozy corner. |

The entire room has a vaulted log ceiling, complemented by numerous mounted big-game trophies along the walls. Each area has its own large hanging fixture, ensuring plenty of light for your activities.
Two bathrooms with showers are placed along a short hallway from the kitchen, leading to the separate bedroom.
This sleeping area is furnished with bunk beds and a small closet and, along with twin beds and a Futon in the great room, will sleep 6 comfortably. |

Club House Rental Rates are as follows
Daily Rate: $125.00 - 1-4 people. If more than
4 people, $25 Daily per additional guest

Please note
that we DO NOT accept outside pets of any kind in Maria Lake Club House,
buildings, or anywhere on Maria Lake Property.
